Please view the list below for answers to our most frequently asked questions about our cocktail bar and dining experience. For anything else, our team is happy to help during business hours.
Are you a 21 years and over establishment?
Yes. Although we are much more than a cocktail bar, everyone in your party must be 21 years of age or older. No minors are permitted anywhere on our premises.
Do you take reservations?
Yes. For parties 6 and under, please make reservations online via Tock. For parties over 6, please email info@dearirenebend.com.
Do you have time limits on your reservations?
Yes. In an effort to accommodate reservations, we kindly ask that guests adhere to the following reservation requirements: limit of 1.45hrs for parties of 1-2, limit of 2hrs for parties of 3-6 and limit of 2.5hrs for parties over 6.
Do you accept late arrivals?
Due to the nature of our intimate space, we are only able to hold reservations for 15 minutes past the reservation time. If you are running late, please text or call (541) 253-7523 to notify us of your expected arrival time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Do you have to have a reservation?
Reservations are encouraged but not required as we do save seats for walk-ins. Please come by and we look forward to welcoming you!
What is your policy for reservation deposit?
Reservation deposit is refunded to the original payment method on the date of the reservation after all guests have been seated (and it is not our policy to apply the deposit to the final check). If reservation is cancelled prior to your reservation time (via self service on TOCK or contacting us directly), reservation deposit is refunded in full. The only instance when we do not refund the reservation deposit is when there is a “no show” – i.e. when the guest does not arrive for the scheduled reservation and has not contacted us regarding cancellation/modification. We have appropriate review protocols in place to ensure all reservation deposits are refunded according to this policy on a daily basis in a timely manner.
Do you offer gluten intolerant options?
We do have a few gluten intolerant options. Some menu items can be modified to accommodate gluten intolerant diets. However, most of our menu cannot be modified. Guests with celiac, please notify your server, as they will guide you through safe menu options.
Do you have a corkage fee?
Yes. We encourage our customers to enjoy our extensive wine selection. If you choose to bring your own special bottle, our corkage fee is $30 per 750ml bottle with a limit of two. We respectfully ask that you do not bring items currently on our list.

Do you have parking?
There is a paid parking lot directly in front of the restaurant managed by the City of Bend.
Where exactly in Downtown Bend are you located?
We are located on NW Brooks Street across from the Drake Park entrance facing the river in Downtown Bend, Oregon. If parking on Bond St or Wall St, the breezeway towards the river offers quick access to our location.

How can I locate your ADA entrance?
Our ADA entrance is located at 917 Wall Street around the building (not at 926 NW Brooks St main restaurant entrance). Please text or call (541) 253-7523 to notify us of required ADA accommodations or use a buzzer located at 917 Wall Street.
